It
has been a few days over a month since my knee surgery , you can see it
healing nicely. I can do most of the PT I've been asked to do. I am
learning at 61 to be kinder to your body and mental health because you
are not going to heal like you used to no matter how much you would like
it to. My only thing is a type of rash on my legs and feet I think it is from the heat because when it gets really hot it itches. But if not hot it starts to go away.
I have been resting and doing some crocheting.
