Here is my Mini for Christmas. I had alot of fun making it today. I messed up on the binding, but it's not to much of a problem as it's staying here and not being given as a gift. I love Christmas and Decorating the house, but this year I'm very slow in getting it done. I do have my

crafts/sewingroom done and my Angel and Santa are up

This is what I put on top of my pattern file cabnit. I made the House from Plastic Canvas and the other stuff has been gotten over the years for the kids, who are now grown.
These are a couple of Stockings I've had made for me over the years from Online Swaps. I hope to put up my tree this week, all the ornaments are Homemade from swaps or given to me from my Hubby and my kids. Will post a picture when I get it up.

My Favorite Tradtion for Christmas is waking up Christmas Morning and making Cinnamion Rolls and watching the parade on TV. This year me and DD are going to both bake in our own homes and watch the parade at the same time while we are online together, so it's alittle bit different but still the same.
Now, I'm working on make a couple of Christmas quilts with blocks I've had for a couple of years.

The Sizzlin Summer & Too Hot to Handle Challenge

Here are my Ladybug Towel and Potholder that I made for these 2 Challenges. The Towel is for the Sizzlin' Summer Challenge at SeasonsBOM Group and the Potholder is for the Too Hot To Handle Challenge at the Woolbuddies group that my Friend Sandi runs on Yahoo. It was really fun to make these and every easy.

Happy Birthday & Happy Bloganiversary.........

Well today is my son Brant's 19th Birthday. Not sure if I will see him today or not. I hope to though.

Today is also my 2nd Bloganiversary. I've been on here for a while now. I think I will have a contest, Maybe then I can see if anyone reads this or not, lol. So I will put everyone who post a comment to this post name in a hat and pull out a winner on Saturday, August 22, 2008, you have until midnight EST-- Friday August 21,08 to post. The picture above is a Challenge quilt I made yesterday for my msn group L2Q. I've also been cutting out the background fabric for my Teapot blocks I'm making for a QYW Swap. I'm going to be machine quilting them. Then I have to get started on my Christmas Signature Blocks for the same group.

I went and got my bloodwork and tests done this morning, had a really good vampire take my blood, didn't have to do it more than once and didn't leave a mark. They took 8 viles(sp) of blood. I find out the results on Sept 5th when I go back to the doctor. Tommorrwo my Mom goes back for more surgery on her nose. I hope they get it all this time. I will have to call her later to find out.

We also started the Stitching Angel Swap today and I got my partner just can't say where or who she is as it's a secret. But, I'm going to have fun making stuff for her. She likes the same colors I do so hitting my stash for fabric and floss.
